Agent console

Agents handle live conversations at app.cliptalk.net (or in the desktop app).

#Sign in and switch projects

Sign in with the same account as the dashboard. The dashboard’s Open console button opens it already signed in (SSO). If you belong to several projects, switch with the project picker at the top left.

Profile name and photo can be set as a global default and per project. For example, you can appear as “Minji” on shop A and “Agent Kim” on service B.

#Inbox

TabMeaning
AI handlingConversations the AI bot is answering. Open one anytime to read it. If you reply yourself, the bot stops immediately.
WaitingConversations waiting for an agent. The first agent to accept gets it (or the next in line when auto-assign is on).
ActiveConversations an agent is handling.
ClosedFinished conversations. You can search and reopen them.

#Reply tools

  • AI reply suggestion — when a customer message arrives, the AI drafts a reply above the composer. Send it as-is or edit it. Lookup tools on a connected API are used too.
  • Live translation — shows a translation of a foreign-language message, and translates what the agent writes into the customer’s language.
  • Internal note — a team note the customer never sees.
  • Files and images — drag or paste them in.
  • Customer panel — name, contact, pages visited, past conversations, and order lists when a connector is connected.

#Notifications

New conversations and messages use browser notifications and a sound. Allow notification permission on the first visit. The desktop app keeps notifying from the tray even when the window is closed.
